Perfect location just 3 miles from the city center. the room was a nice size and the staff was affable. Amazing and delicious breakfast with lots of food and beverages.

booked a room with perfect views, and the staff were superbly friendly and incredibly friendly people who make an omelet on your request. location: the hotel was just next door to the beach side and a shop on the street and the khlong phlu waterfall. i visited larsson resturant right at the venue for a few drinks.

Our room was reasonably large and brand-new, included a refrigerator, coffee/tea making facilities, and a writing desk. The bed was big, and we got a marvellous and delicious breakfast too.

We got a room with a bidet, which was convenient. It was nice to have coffee/tea making machines and a fridge in the room. - the location of the hotel was central, close to shops, the beach, and exclusive Koh Chang island. - the service was great. - the breakfast was marvellous and very good.

The rooms at this brand-new venue were reasonably large. the breakfast I had was marvelous and delicious with common fruits, Thai food, and fresh eggs. - the location was central, perfect for clubs or good bars. - It was a brilliant base for vacation.

Excellent location situated next to a bar/restaurant and close to the exclusive Koh Chang island beaches. the room was spacious, modern, and included complimentary bottled water daily. - the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, offering wake-up service and preparing omelets upon request.

The hotel is in a very good location with an amazing view of the mountains. The breakfast buffet was delicious and catered to all types of guests. The pool was perfect for both kids and adults, although it should be cleaned more frequently.

The welcome drinks and cold towels during check-in were a nice touch. The room was clean, with a spacious terrace and large beds. The pool was also clean. The breakfast had a good selection of hot dishes, desserts, and salads, and the omelet station was a nice touch. The staff were polite and helpful. Changing towels and sheets based on personal preference was a thoughtful approach. a highly recommended choice.

The hotel is pretty close to the beach, so you can easily enjoy a swim in the sea. the rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds are comfortable. You will definitely like the great variety of dishes during breakfast which is served by the polite hotel staff. you can enjoy the fantastic view from your room's balcony.

There's no soundproofing in the rooms, so you can hear noise from the hallway and other rooms.

The swimming pool was nice and clean, perfect for a dip on a hot day. , the breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from. The location was great as it was close to the city center and some tourist attractions. the room had a comfortable bed, which made it easier to rest after a long day of sightseeing.

The hotel was not up to standard in terms of hygiene. The room was dirty, with a lot of dust visible on the furniture and the floor.

This hotel was a great find! The facilities were really worth the money. Rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean. Staff were nice, and the hotel had not one, but two big swimming pools. Plus, the hotel's location was just opposite to the beach, really convenient.

Die Lage im Zentrum war für uns perfekt, da wir abends gerne ausgehen. Das Personal war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, mit einem komfortablen Bett und einem schönen Badezimmer. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, besonders bei Fragen zu allergenen Inhaltsstoffen. Das WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei und wir hatten auch Zugang zu anderen Annehmlichkeiten wie einem Garten und verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten in der Lobby.

Unerfreulicherweise gab es an manchen Tagen etwas Unruhe während des Frühstücks, da offensichtlich Personalmangel herrschte.
